At Metsä Saunas, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please review the policy below:

• 3 or more days before your reservation: Full refund.

• Less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before your reservation: 50% cancellation fee applies.

• Within 24 hours of your reservation: No refund will be issued.
